Admission
Candidates require to fill the prescribed form upended
to the prospectus of the institute. Also attached
the mentioned (see form) attested photocopies of
your certificates along with 4 recent pass port sized
photographs.
There will be no entrance tests. Admission will be on
first cum first serve basis.
Change/ closure of Course:
Candidates will not be allowed to change the course
for which admission was sought at the time of
enrollment. The management has all the rights to discontinue
a course if the number of students are less
than 15.
Transfer cases / Disco ntinuation of co urse:
Candidate who wishes to leave in mid - term or before
completion of course can leave, but refunds of any sort
will not be made. If any candidate wishes to join in mid
- term then the fee adjustment to the extent of only 2
months will be done apart from admission/ maintenance
/ lab. charges which will be charged as applicable
at the time of admission.
Work Material:
Stationary and other materials for theory and practical
work have to brought by the students themselves.
Work and display put by students during exhibitions
will not be kept by the institute except that of project
submission. Projects or Art work given at the time of
final submission should be prepared in duplicate as
one copy will be retained by the institute for records.
Examination & Tests:
Examination will be held at the end of the year with
regular tests/tutorials.
70% weight age will be given to term end examination,
15% weight age will be given to tutorials( written/ oral)
and 15% to practical work.
Scholarship / Reco gnition:
Scholarship will be awarded to students who perform
outstandingly well and fulfill the criterion as laid down
by the management.
Attendance / Punct uality :
Students are required to to attend classes/ lectures/
practical classes regularly. 75% attendance is required
to appear in term end examination. Late comings will
not be entertained and if a student habituates to default
then the management has full right to cancel his/her
enrolment with the institute.

The institute will organize various indoor and outdoor
activities according to the requirement of various
courses for personal and professional benefits of its
students.
