Event Management
Our Event management department undertakes the following ventures:
Art Tours to Picturesque locations in India.
We organize Art Tours for Fine Art students, School children and Art Lovers. It is usually
3 - 4 days tour which is well planned includes creative and interactive activities like: Spot
sketching and painting, dramatics, site seeing, group plays and sport activities. People from
the field of Art also accompany to provide enriching and memorable experience. It's a great
opportunity for both amateurs and under trainee students and art lovers. On the spot sport
and art competitions are also organized. Local Art form too is explored during the tour.
Time: Round the year.
Duration: Min: 3 days - 4 days
Security Measures: A trained Nurse, Security staff (Female and male – 1 each / 40 students)
Mode of Transport: By Bus or By Train (According to location)
Accomodation: Resorts & Camps (According to location). Includes Breakfast & Meal.

Amature Exhibtions
Participation:
1. Group ( Self thought artists, Freelance artists)
Procedure: Register with Pragyan along with profile and cd of your work.
Basic Idea: To promote talent and provide a suitable platform for better exposure and encourage young talent.
2. School Participation
Registration: Nominal Fee
Basic Idea: To promote talent and create awareness among students about aesthetic sense, various career options associated with the field of arts.
